Manchester alumna named University's new president

Dr. Stacy H. YoungFollowing a comprehensive national search, the Manchester University Board of Trustees on Monday, May 1 unanimously approved the appointment of Dr. Stacy H. Young as the 16th president of Manchester University, effective July 1.

McWhirt to head Heartland; Hobbs to retire

Wabash City School administrators plan to restructure rather than fill the position of athletic director following the resignation of Floyd McWhirt.
The school board accepted the McWhirt’s resignation, effective at the end of his contract June 30, 2023, in a meeting May 1.
